Kelly has served as senior pastor at Timothy since 1999. His prior ministry positions include: Music minister at Timothy '94-'99, Music/Youth minister at Boston Avenue Baptist '86-'94, Music/Youth minister at Meadowbrook Baptist '83-'86. Kelly was born in Muskogee and is a graduate of Muskogee High. He attended Oklahoma State University and is a graduate of North Eastern State University. Kelly enjoys listening to music, watching football and occasionally playing golf and tennis. Kelly is married to Joy and has two children Clay and Ali.
